Business-to-Consumer (B2C) describes businesses selling products and/or services to end consumers. Business-to-consumer activity exists both online and offline, but the acronym B2C has primarily been used to term transactions within e-commerce (online shops, online banking, travel services, online auctions etc.).
In the internet it is often handled with affiliate programs.
